The rail adopts a high-strength chrome steel double tube design, with a static load capacity of up to 1.5 tons and a dynamic load capacity of over 300 kilograms, which is stable and durable. The outer diameter of the rail has been upgraded to 38mm (market rail outer diameter 42mm), and the outer diameter of the turn is only 438mm (market turn outer diameter 538mm), occupying less space and making it more aesthetically pleasing; The tooth width of the rack is 10mm (market tooth width 6mm), with a larger meshing contact surface, which is more stable, smooth, and wear-resistant, all higher than the national and industry standard design.
The power traction adopts a 35mm large shaft diameter motor (market motor shaft diameter 30mm), and the current at full load is only 15-16A (market full load current 25-26A). The controller does not generate heat, the motor is more durable, and the equipment is more durable, sturdy, and efficient. During laboratory testing, the average noise level during operation was 45-50 decibels, far below the national standard of 70 decibels.
Adopting high-strength chrome steel double tube rails, the standard model has a load capacity of 120 kilograms, and the heavier model has a load capacity of 160 kilograms. The internal test limit load has reached over 300 kilograms.
A variety of styles are available for you to choose from. The leather version has a high-end and more textured feel, while the PU version is more suitable for use in public areas due to its resistance to dirt and old wear. The hollow out version releases pressure on the waist and makes it easier for you. It is more suitable for reducing the size of the petite 140-160cm crowd. If you are in an outdoor environment, there are also outdoor versions (waterproof) to meet your needs.
① When the seat is not on this floor, use the wireless remote control to call to this floor;
② Turn on the key switch and lower the armrest, seat cushion, and foot pedal in sequence;
③ Sit in the seat and fasten the seat belt;
④ Move the up and down control switch paddles in the direction to activate the seat. In case of emergency, release the paddles to stop;
⑤ After arriving at the floor platform, release the upper and lower control switch paddles, the seat stops smoothly, and unfasten the seat belt;
⑥ Leave the seat, fold up the armrest, seat cushion, and foot pedal, and turn off the key switch.
